Reddish Demolition ensures that all operatives are fully trained to CITB standards for relative tasks. All operatives are directly employed, and all operatives hold the CSCS cards.

| Regular Tool Box Talks and team safety briefs are carried out to ensure each operative is aware of his/her responsibilities with regards to Health & Safety.. |
| A specific Risk Assessment/Method Statement is carried out for each and every site and all operatives are aware of methodology and his/her role in the task required. |
| A copy is also kept on site along with the company's Health & Safety Policy. |
